With 15+ years extensive experience working on the largest projects in Australia, Simon was looking for a permanent job in Perth, in order to be able to spend more time with his family and had been submitting applications through Alcoa’s talent pool for over 2 years.  However, Alcoa regularly receives hundreds of applications and, despite Simon’s strong professional background, his resume was not getting past Applicant Tracking Systems that are looking for specific keywords.

Before finding her passion for the tourism industry, Anastasia studied International Law and worked in the legal industry for years.  During her maternity leave, she was also running a small business providing party decoration services.
